Join us for this one-day retreat designed by Holistic Nutritionists to inform and empower you to get your gut work optimally.
The Love Your Guts Program will help you:
1. Understand what is in your gut and how it works
2. Increase self-awareness of digestive symptoms
3. Understand how one can experience optimal digestive health
4. Feel informed and empowered to make the appropriate changes for your gut
5. Prepare a clear action plan for loving your guts
This retreat centres BIPOC experiences and aims to support trans, non-binary and queer identified folks so we may create a container for community healing.
The program includes nutritional, lifestyle and movement based solutions to put in practice. All participants will be asked to complete a digestive health survey prior to starting this program so we may best meet your needs in session. Lunch and refreshments provided.

Full program investment is $225. In order to increase financial accessibility, we are also offering 3 spots at both of the following rates: $175 and $150. We are working with our organizational partner Women’s Healthy Environments Network to help subsidize participant costs.
